What happens next
We review chef availability and travel for your location. Once confirmed, you’ll receive deposit instructions and a reminder to send the final menu at least five days before the party.
How to Reserve Your Mobile Hibachi Party
Booking starts with your preferred date, start time, number of adult and child guests, and the complete street address. These details help us review chef scheduling, travel and whether your chosen space can accommodate a hibachi grill. For a birthday, graduation, anniversary or family gathering, tell us what the occasion is so the team understands the event plan.
Choose a Suitable Cooking Space
A backyard or patio is a popular choice, but other approved spaces can sometimes work when safety and venue rules permit. Tell us whether you have a flat cooking area, enough room for the chef and guests, and a backup option if it rains. For apartments, rooftops or rental homes, please check property rules before booking. We confirm setup details individually.
What Happens After Your Request
We review availability and travel, then provide reservation and deposit information. Once your party is confirmed, collect your guests’ protein selections and any dietary requirements. Send the completed menu at least five days before the event. The chef typically arrives about 15–20 minutes before the agreed start time to set up, cooks for roughly 1–1.5 hours and cleans the cooking area afterward.
Plan Before You Book
Compare meal choices and upgrades, review pricing, or see venue and booking questions. You can request availability even for a smaller group; the food minimum may still apply.
