What Your Hibachi Catering Estimate Includes
This page gives you a starting food estimate rather than a final reservation price. Count the adults and children who will eat a hibachi meal, multiply by the standard per-person rate, then add any selected premium proteins or party extras. If your food subtotal is less than $500, use the $500 minimum instead. Travel, applicable tax and gratuity are calculated separately.
Examples for Common Party Sizes
Eight adults at $50 each come to $400, so the starting food charge is $500. Twelve adults at $50 each total $600. Twelve adults and two children at the standard rates total $660. Twenty adults start at $1,000 before upgrades and other charges. A guest choosing filet mignon or scallops may add $5, and lobster may add $10.
Why Your Event Address Matters
Our mobile hibachi team travels to private event locations, so the full event address is necessary for an accurate quote. Travel can vary by distance, parking, access restrictions and the practical setup for the chef. A covered or indoor alternative may need advance approval if weather or property rules change the setup.
