The chef typically arrives about 15–20 minutes early, cooks for about 1–1.5 hours and cleans the cooking area afterward.

How much does hibachi catering cost?
Adults start at $50, children age 13 and under are $30, and smaller groups have a $500 food minimum. Travel, applicable tax and gratuity are separate.
What does the chef bring?
The chef brings the hibachi grill, cooking equipment and ingredients for the confirmed menu.
What should the host prepare?
Have guest seating, plates, utensils, napkins and a suitable cooking area ready unless rentals or other arrangements were confirmed.
What happens if it rains?
A safe covered patio, suitable garage or other approved backup area can help when weather changes. Tell us about the backup setup in advance.
Can you handle allergies or gluten-free requests?
Many dietary requests can be reviewed in advance. Send the exact allergy or dietary need before the final menu is confirmed.
When is the final menu due?
Please send the final menu at least five days before the party.
