Travel depends on the full venue address, chef route and logistics. Applicable taxes and any gratuity are listed on your booking quote; gratuity suggestions are calculated from the total event bill, including applicable charges, rather than just the food subtotal.

Please send allergy and dietary information before the event, including gluten, milk, seafood or other concerns. We can discuss suitable ingredients and gluten-free soy sauce, but shared equipment can cause cross-contact, so an allergen-free meal cannot be guaranteed without a specifically approved plan.
Do hosts need to provide tables, chairs, dishes and utensils?+
Typically, the host supplies guest tables, chairs, plates, forks and drinks unless optional rentals or other arrangements have been confirmed. The chef needs a safe, level, approved cooking space with clear access.
How do the deposit and final payment work?+
Deposit amount and payment instructions are provided when the booking is approved. The deposit is credited to the event. The remaining payment is cash only, and any cancellation or rescheduling conditions should be reviewed before paying.
